Our Love Story

Ana came from the Philippines, she was born in 1987.
Ryan lives in America and was born in 1986.

Our testimony:

Ana: When I was in my grade school (8-9 year old), there was a cartoon show called "Judy Abbott, Daddy Long Legs". I loved watching it, it was a story of a young girl who were raised in an orphanage, And there was this man they call "Mr. John Smith" who decided to get her into high school. It was a cute love story that my sister and I watched every single day.

And I remember, I always faced the mirror and called myself, "Hi Mr.s Ana Flor Smith. How are you doing today".

So it's like God have already planned everything and through the word of faith He has put in my lips, everything happened as it supposed to be. 

December 31, 2012 New Year's Eve, I prayed to God about all the hurts I've gone through in my past relationship. That night He'd set my heart's free. The next day, I decided to make an account on this Christian dating site called www.christiandatingforfree.com. I went there just to have a talk buddy and after one week there was this guy who looked up on my profile, his name was Ryan. ;) WE started talking more and sharing life with each other. I fell in love with his testimony. I know some other girl would run away from him because of his past, but it was like God prepared my heart for this man and his past. The feelings and love for each other got stronger. It was hard for us because we were in a long distance relationship, but I prayed to God "If this is your will, everything will go smoothly". And it happened.

I never knew I would be able to love a man more than myself. It was all about sacrifice. Though it was hard for me to leave my family in the Philippines just to be with him, I did it all for love. And that love comes from the Lord Jesus.

And now I'm married to a very awesome, handsome and lovable guy named "Mr. Ryan Smith" and I am for sure called as "Mrs. Ana Flor Smith". ;)

Ryan: When I was 16 years old all the way until I was 23 years old, I lived a life of sin. I used drugs and alcohol and surrounded myself with the wrong crowd and just could not seem to get out of the crazy life I was living. I overdosed and was in hospital for 4 days as I was only 2 minutes from losing my life for good. The next year and a half I was in a program, there Jesus Christ got a hold of my life, he took my old heart and placed a brand new one in! After I graduated in April of 2011, I moved in with a beautiful family in west Virginia. They were so supportive and loving and I see them as truly a second family. I am so thankful and Grateful for those blessings.

On December of 2012, Through faith I decided to try a christian dating site, at first It was all fun and games. But prior to this I was praying in faith and believing God had the perfect woman for me, and he told me just to be patient and wait. As I went on this site, I literally went through every single girls profile to see if there was any close matches, until I came upon this one..... her name was Ana Flor Eusebio. It was an amazing profile and just seemed so real and such a awesome person with a awesome heart, even better she was incredibly beautiful! The next day she messaged me, and I had this huge smile on my face!! From then on, in faith I kept talking to her even though she was from across the world in the Philippines. Something in my heart said this was right, and could be the right one for me, I decided to pray about it and ask God if this woman is the one for me show me Lord and open doors if it is. On October2013, I went ahead in faith believing this was Gods perfect plan, I bought plane ticket to the Philippines in November. I honestly was nervous but so much more excited to meet this wonderful woman. The first time saw her I was thinking oh my...she is more beautiful in person! The next couple days went so well, on the last day before saying goodbye, I was so so sad and just wanted to stay with her forever...I cried and hugged her so hard, when i let go I said "I Love you" I truly meant it! She said I love you back! I knew she was the one for me and I was completely in love with this woman!!

Three months later I went to see her again, I just could not wait any longer. The same night I got there, I got down on one knee and asked this incredible woman to marry me and spend the rest of my life with me. She said "Of course" I was filled with so much joy and happiness and excitement! I honestly did not deserve such a sweet-hearted, loving, humble, amazing and incredibly beautiful woman! 4 months later On June 22nd, Ana and I got married! I cannot express how much I am so deeply and passionately in love with Ana, She is truly an amazing and perfect woman. She will always be my number 1, my better half and best friend until our last breath on this earth.

I thank God and praise him for putting such a perfect woman in my life as my wife! I am super excited to live a life with her forever and serve God with all we have and keep him at the center of our lives always, May Jesus Christ be Glorified and honored as he changes my life and Ana's and gave us true happiness and a holy and perfect God we can put our 100 percent trust in. Amen!
